TERROIR

Continental cool climate, with cold winters and sunny, mild springs, with sun-drenching summers. The vineyard is located on a steep slope (30-40˚) of hill Lipoglav with southern-exposure, at an altitude of 300 m above sea level. The soils are predominantly marl with some spots of clay. 

VINIFICATION

Produced only in selected vintages. A blend of our best vineyard sites in that particular year. Only healthy, perfectly ripe grapes, hand-picked and gently handled. Spontaenous fermentation. Aged for 12 to 18 months in used French oak barriques. Bottled without filtration.

TASTING NOTES

The colour of wine is ruby. The wine has explosive fruit of the Pinot Noir grape, powerful structure and is elegantly balanced. It is fresh and is fully expressive with mature notes of red fruits.
