TERROIR

A cool continental climate with cold winters and sunny, gentle springs. Warm, sun-filled summers, with refreshingly cool nights shaped by winds flowing through the surrounding hills and valleys. The vineyard is located on a steep (30–40° incline), south-facing slope of the Lipoglav hill at 300 m above sea level. The soils are predominantly marl, with some areas of marl mixed with clay.

TASTING NOTES

The base of our sweet vermouth is an aromatized late-harvest wine, infused with a refined selection of herbs and spices. Bitter orange peel, coriander seeds, pine needles, and allspice lend a sense of mystique to the aroma. This vermouth will appeal to those who seek purity and authenticity. Elegant and well-balanced on its own, it also excels as an ingredient in classic cocktails.
