A Special Easter Dinner on Mali Lošinj

We are proud to share that the new season on Mali Lošinj was opened with a special Easter dinner at Matsunoki in Hotel Bellevue, where Sanctum wines were chosen to accompany the evening’s pairing menu.

Matsunoki, a Michelin-recommended restaurant awarded 16 points by Gault&Millau, is renowned for presenting traditional Japanese cuisine at the highest level.

The wines perfectly complemented each dish:

– Chardonnay 2023 with wagyu tartare,
– Chardonnay Prestige 2022 with scallop carpaccio,
– Pinot Noir 2022 with sushi,
– Devina 2022 with veal cheek,
– Pinot Noir Prestige 2022 to close the evening.
